The daily breakfast was lovely and absolutely fantastic with healthy options and locally sourced food. the double room I stayed in was well-equipped and beautifully decorated. the hotel's location was lovely and excellent, just next door to storage space, traveling light, and the local pub. Plus, it was about 5 minutes' drive to a man-made lake.

We stayed at Park House for 3 nights on a road trip to explore the area and visit relatives. The location, despite being remote and up a stoney track, was perfect for the peace and tranquility we were seeking. The guest lounge was tastefully decorated and the room had breathtaking views of the sunset. The full English breakfast was delicious, with a range of cereals, fresh fruit, and a choice of tea or coffee served in a cafetiere. The owners went above and beyond by providing gluten-free bread, which was the best I've ever had. Their young son was a fantastic host, making us feel welcome. Highly recommended.
Strongly recommend this hotel.
